Odyssey Luxe is a private transfer and chauffeur service based at Pacific Harbour on Viti Levu, Fiji. We serve Nadi Airport, Suva, the Coral Coast and Pacific Harbour, with door-to-door journeys anywhere on Viti Levu and private day hire, all in one Kia Sorento Premium Edition at a fixed fare agreed before you travel. This page explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about a transfer or book one, why we hold it, and the choices you have over it.
We guard your details the way we keep the car: private, spotless, and only for as long as your journey needs them.
Privacy in short
We only hold what you send us, we use it only to quote and run your transfer, and we never sell it. Ask us any time what we hold, or to delete it, at bula@odysseyfiji.com.
What we collect
Only the details you choose to send us. Typically that is your name, your contact details, your flight and travel details, and anything you include in an enquiry, such as your pickup and drop-off, your travel dates or a special request. We do not ask for more than a transfer requires.
Why we collect it
We collect these details for three plain reasons: to quote your fixed fare, to arrange and run your transfer, and to stay in touch with you about your trip. If you never contact us, we hold nothing about you.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide the service and to respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing. Your enquiry is answered by the person who drives the car, not a call centre.
Sharing
Sharing is limited to what is genuinely needed to deliver your journey, for example confirming a pickup time or a meeting point with you or with the property where you are staying. Beyond that, your details are kept confidential.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as it is needed for your booking and for reasonable records afterwards. When it is no longer needed, we remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Email bula@odysseyfiji.com and we will confirm and act on your request.
