01How do fares work?
Every route is one fixed amount, agreed in writing before you travel. No meter, no surge, nothing added at the door. You see the full price in our first reply, and it does not move.
02What if my flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup to the real landing time. A late plane never changes the fare, and nobody is watching a clock while you clear the airport.
03How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. One car means one booking at a time, so busy dates genuinely sell out. Send your dates and we confirm availability within a day.
04Where do you operate?
We are based at Pacific Harbour and drive the full Coral Coast and all of Viti Levu. That covers Nadi Airport and Denarau, Sigatoka and Korotogo, Deuba and Navua, through to Suva and Nausori Airport. Door to door, wherever you are staying on the island.
05Can you handle special requests?
Yes. Child seats, extra stops, a quiet car, luggage planning, or escort and security personnel arranged when required. Put it in your enquiry so availability and any separate pricing can be confirmed before you arrive.
06How do I pay?
Payment is arranged when you book and kept simple. We confirm the details in our first reply, so there is nothing to sort out at the roadside.
07Are permits and insurance in place?
Odyssey Luxe is preparing the permits and commercial passenger insurance required for service. Paid journeys will begin once the necessary approvals and cover are in place.
08Do you carry more than one car?
Today, one Kia Sorento Premium Edition, kept spotless and driven by its owner. Odyssey Luxe is being built into an exclusive fleet, and every vehicle we add will be held to the same standard. Until then, every booking gets this car.
