When Odyssey Luxe collects your guest, it reads as your arrangement, your standard, your care. We simply make it true.
Met in the hall with a board carrying your organisation's name and your guest's, then walked to a waiting car. No taxi rank, no phone-waving at the kerb.
Your coordinators deal with one person who learns your preferences, your properties and your people, and answers messages personally.
Guest names, movements and conversations stay in the car. Confidential handling is written into every agreement, not offered as an extra.
Rates are fixed in writing with you in advance, so your guest never sees money change hands and your accounts team never sees a surprise.

A short note or call about your guests or team, how often they travel, and the routes that matter. Two minutes is enough.
A short meeting, at your premises if you prefer, to walk through the service, the vehicle and how an arrangement would run day to day.
A written proposal with fixed rates and priority windows shaped to your calendar. You review it with no obligation attached.
Your first guest is met, moved and returned to you with feedback. From there the arrangement simply runs.
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
